    Chip is the cx1117-5.0, datasheet says its a low dropout voltage regulator, which makes me think there's an issue with the BEC on these chips like I said, this is all wizardry to me, so I might just be grasping at straws here

    ESC will reach about 125 degrees Fahrenheit (measured with cheap IR thermometer), before getting unplugged, might go higher but I'm trying not to kill the ones I have left

    Might also be worth mentioning that if I have all of the ESCs connected to the flight controller, I have no beeps. However if I disconnect the bad one, I get beeps from the working ones. The same happens if I completely disconnect the flight controller.
