yes you are right, and thanks. i ordered some 5045 dal props from amazon (i think they are dal, hard to say cus it says dal in the pic, but i think they are...) are these good? these are the ones i ordered...

decided i will YOLO it and order some dal props, and velcro my battery down in 2 places for good measure and hopefully have next flight with 4 fresh props and hopefully it will work out good

got some good news guys! just had my first flight that did not end in a crash :D (before my battery kept getting disconnected, but i put an end to that :D) i brought the quad to my parents house this morning, and me and my dad (mostly my dad) opened it up and turned out it was just some dirt...

Right on thanks guys. Video transmission seems to be working fine still. I can see video on my goggle's when the quad Is on. My guess it's the ESC, cus that's where the smoke seems to be coming from. gonna take the quad to my dads house today to see what he thinks. Btw how does the ESC connect...

my voltage alarm came early so i went for another flight! it was great, but then i crashed - and this time it seems bad....what u guys think i should do? i made this quick video cus its a lot to type out, but i found out those red parts are motor tilts so im gonna take those off...what u think...

sweet thanks man (are u cben btw lol?) does my turnigy battery look healthy? i got it strapped down nice and tight and according to my 10$ multimeter and the smartcharger, it seems to be charged well and nice and balanced too - so if i crash again, it wont be because my battery became unplugged...

yeah i think it swelled up and got messed up from the b3 charger...when i connected it to this smart charger, its saying its balance error, thinking maybe its messed up and the smart charger doesnt want anything to do with it. also btw one of my landing gears broke and i cant get it back...

right on thanks guys, so basically i just need to buy a balance lead and strip the wires on my current one and solder the wires to the new balance connector? and yeah i tried charging it without connecting the balance connector, and tried doing a regular charge and fast charge, but it still...

DAMN IT im pissed off because i got my charger today but turns out my 3s battery balance connector is effed up and cant be used anymore, (it got hit by a propellar) so now i got to wait til wednesday for a new battery and 20 bucks down the drain and i wanted to fly so bad today FML FML FML and...

i spent many hours in fpv freerider, but then i realized an xbox controller is not anything like an rc controller and it really threw me off lol, also i dont think fpv freerider has wind does it? and i dont feel like it emulates momentum very well, like when u take a hard turn it doesn't swing...

Didn't come with any manual.

update: so i decided to test my stock failsafe settings (which is everything set to off) i took off the props, and turn on the quad and transmitter, gave it 50% throttle then turned off my transmitter, and the props stopped spinning, so does that mean its good to go?

nice :D im in the same boat, i flew yesterday but hten went to recharge by battery and it wouldnt recharge and then it said it was charged, and when i went to fly it wouldnt even take off when i gave it full throttle, it would do a sad little hop.......then i put it back in and it showed 2/3...

right on i have not done that yet! :O i found this video to set the failsafe on a i6, is his method and settings good to do? basically it says failsafe for: channel 1 0% channel 2 0% channel 3 -99% (throttle) channel 5 - 100% (to bring it back to attitude if you are in rate or rattitude mode)...

so looking at it from the front, the right prop spins clockwise (uses props with R or P on them) and the one diagonal from it also spins clockwise. and the left one spins counter clockwise, and the one diagonal from it spins counter clockwise

yeah right on, i ordered the b6 earlier this morning and picked next day shipping (just want to fly again asap lol) - cant wait! its like i got a taste of the fpv fun, and now im craving MORE!!!
