My biggest fear would be salt water damage that was not addressed immediately. It is missing both batteries! Ok I can understand the quad battery missing. Why is the controller battery missing?? If its not a consumer removable battery?? Ehhhh...flip a coin hahaha Good luck Bill

I know nothing about your quad sorry. I would take it apart and do a visual check. If your motors are on connectors swap the bad one with the opposite side Maybe one of the experts will chime in. Good luck
