The flight controller only supports CPPM(AKA PPM), however your receiver is PWM. I suggest you find another similar flight controller that supports PWM, or get another reciever that should be compadable with your radio. Your radio takes 4*AA batteries, so you'd want to either upgrade it or...

Looking at how these are grouped and sorted and listening to these I think they'd be great for longer flights where you almost have a plot line hahahaha I really do like the music here too.

Can you better elaborate on the conditions? I think an arduino in between the FCB and Rx would work, but you'd need something like sonar to since which direction to correct path. Or you could take a look at a plane with obstacle avoidance via image processing that is open source.

TEchnically you can, but it is bad in practice and not trustworthy. The KK board is just not meant for this, if this is what you need I suggest an APM.

Sounds like a circular polarized antenna, the receiver takes RP-SMA. I'd just buy a set of them, but you could buy just one right hand polarized antenna.

Recalibrating the throttle range on the ESCs would also help. Also once fixed remember that when you land you don't have to slowly take your throttle to 0 like most new people try to do. You can cut throttle just enough that is starts descending and just wait until you are on the ground...

A few things to add, you need to consider what capacity you are discharging to, and the inefficiency like 15% or so. Just to get a bit more accurate calculation

Nice to know, that certainly is an upgrade. Might check to make sure the BECs or voltage regulators are not getting a bit warm, but sounds like you really lucked out.
