I agree. I have one and it's survived 2 years of abuse. And the camera (optional ) is not terrible. The FPV ( optional) sucks

Welcome and good luck! I am sure you will get dozens of recommendation. My one thought is buy the best quad you can afford to lose. Because you will either crash it or lose it. I started with an $80 mini. It was crashed and kept coming back for more. After 5 years I finally broke a prop guard...

When I fly at home I have no choice. Surrounded by 75 foot plus pines. Out in the boonies! Have about a half acre field in back of house for takeoffs and landings. Then its yank and bank:D
