Explosives work a little funny. Take a "cartridge" and throw it into a fire. Most people expect the actual "bullet" to detonate and to go flying off as if it was shot from a weapon. Not so. The two basic components of a cartridge are the bullet and the case. The case being substantially lighter...

Have a 501s. Have not had that issue. I would remove the battery from the transmitter for a while. Recharge or change it out. And rebind the transmitter to the quad. Probably not the answer. But sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. :-)

I saw you are smack dab in the middle of "down under" . Those names all sound familiar from my ole aussie army buddies. Been a long time since you seen the ocean? Yeah well if you check my history on here you may see some "feet conflict going on" hahaha
