Those motors pull 33 Amps so you'll need a higher rated ESC. You should always rate the ESC higher than the expected pull of the motors so they (the ESCs) don't run hot and also as a safety margin. In this case you need 35 Amps ones or better yet 40 Amps.

Works the same with "real" aircraft too. Fuel burn rates vary with the prevailing winds. ;)

If it's not a 4-in-1 stack you can also go with 330uF at each ESC instead of 1000 on the bat input. A 16V should be fine with a 4 cell pack because most caps are under rated for their voltage tolerances anyway.

Probably noise on the power lines then. Does your PDB have filtering ? In any case I'd slap a low ESR cap in there, say 1000 mf on the power lines to the GPS/Mag or FC and see if that solves it ;)

Along with checking the motors to see if any get hot you should also do the same for the ESCs. It's possible that an ESC got damaged in the crash (which may or may not even make it get hot, but it's still worth checking). Any exposed wires should be covered with some heat shrink tubing (or...
