On a different not i see that the new version of beta flight has a return to home via GPS i might just stick with Beta over INAV.

Omnibus Pro V4 and Typhoon 4in1 ESC issue

i flashed it with beta flight and have the exact same issue as soon as i plug in my LIPO it just reboots, arms the motor, reboots, I am starting to think i might have a defective 4 in 1 ESC.

Omnibus Pro V4 and Typhoon 4in1 ESC issue

I have not tried calibration, what is the procedure for that ? If it keeps acting up i might just flash it with BetaFlight and call it a day. I was liking the GPS features of INAV like RTH and loiter but it might not be worth the damn grief.

Omnibus Pro V4 and Typhoon 4in1 ESC issue

Hi got my new setup kinda running. I am using INAV when i plug in my lipo i can get the esc to arm. When i arm the controller and throttle up INAV reboots. I tried multiple different ESC protocols Standard, Multishot, OneShot. With standard the esc would not arm but with the others it does. As...

First Build, First Flight, First Crash

So I fly my S500 yesterday, F4 BetaFlight. Made sure the gyro was calibrates, made sure the failsafe was working. Took off and took it up to about 10 feet. It was stabe flew nice, I was praticing yawing and basic back and forth movment. The drone was very close to me and all of a sudden all 4...

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

Well learned a lesson, the ESC has three wires, signal, ground and 5v, the 5v is a BEC regulated output, not an input, I was hooking that wire up to the 5v out pin on the FC. might explain why i had so many off problems like the CLI screen locking up. I am going to retire this FC. I have a new...

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

I am going to try the work around calibration, but if it continues to give me trouble i can always order different ESC's. I would like to get these ones working since they came the motors.

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

Yes I have checked that box, I think what I need to do is go through the calibration process, full throttle battery unhooked, hook up battery, motor screen master slider to full, wait for beep, master slider to idle, wait for beep. When I hook up the battery now i get the self test tones and...

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

yeah I think i might do that but vodka is the drink of choice. It is not arming, on boot up i can feel the motor twitching with the beep tones. I will figure out how to arm this thing tomorrow. Thanks

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

How can i make it arm, in beta flight i switched the warning switch and ran the master up and got no response. I am not using the X7 controller just the on screen software.

Got m LHI 920KV motors and SIMONK 30A ESC Wiring ?

I will check it out. I am done tinkering for tonight. From what i can tell from the power on code i get the 3 power on beeps then the longer beep indicating connection to the FC. I have 11 volts on the positive to the ESC. I get no output. I am thinking its a setting for the ESC in betaflight...
