OPTO esc is with 2 wires. (Yours) BEC is with 3 wires. You can just plug in those 2.(black to (-), white to (S). BEC esc is when you want to power your FC with esc.

Mini apm will be good enough if you want gps and other stuff.

Okey thanks. But now I understood that I can max get 25A for motors, because I have 10000mAh 10C LiPo (100A current from battery /4 = 25A). I guess I will have to buy new 10000mAh 25 C for more current :(.

I need to connect my 4x40A ESCs to my battery for my quad, however I couldn't find any distribution board for that high current (40x4=160A). Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Well yeah you are right, but... I wouldn't use 100% of motor power, although i would still get decent amount of thrust and time right? Here is my calculations for 30A ESC and 12 inch prop with multistar 800KV.
