    350QX3 problems

I crashed my wifes 350 and it won't go into takeoff mode any more. The connector wire for the GPS to the mother board is broken so I tried to reconnect the wire but not sure if I was succesfull. I ordered and received a computer connection cable to talk to the mother board but have no idea...

    QX 350-3 wiring diagram

Crashed my QX350-3 and swapping the parts over to a Rakon Heli Carbon Fibre frame. In the crash a single grey wire from the body traveled down the landing leg opposite the side the compass wiring is on. That wire broke off and I don't know where to reinstall the broken wire. There is a small...

    Just recieved my 1st quadcopter

Run a larger battery for longer flight times. If it is a 1 cell battery you can run any other 1 cell battery with greater capacity,

I'd like to build a compact gopro quad...

I think if you want to use lower cost frames the one you had in the middle (http://www.besthobbymall.com/transformation-300-quadcopter-aircraft-frame.html) is perhaps the easiest to work into your parameters.

I'd like to build a compact gopro quad...

Here is what seems to be your design parameters met in a folding frame. For best results buy a used QX350 and install the components into this frame- you'll get fantastic flight out of the QX350 components. You can build this frame with other components...

check to see if the nylon gear on the motor shaft has slide beyond where it needs to mate up with the larger nylon gear. Also try switching to full power before taking off look at your instructions for this feature

I'd like to build a compact gopro quad...

I have a 280 from VooDoo with 6" props that i'm sure would fly the extra weight of a gopro, in fact I used to tie extra weight to the thing to reduce the responsiveness during my big learning curve... I have discovered the throttle curve on the controller to reduce responses now, but it is...

    First Build Issues

If your ESC's have power wires (some don't) you can hook up one wire and disconnect the others from the ESC, unless you have power coming from another source such as a small 5v power board wired into the system separately or possibly your PDB (power distribution board) already provides a 5v step...

New to QuadCopter World, advices needed

check to see if the prop is tight on the drive shaft they come loose if you run them into a tree or other things. I would not recommend the Syma as the motors seem to wear out very fast as has happened on my wifes XC5-1...
