Hi mate on the esc get simonk flashed one they will be much more stable , sunny sky motors are good most run them on 4cell
 
Hi mate quads normally hover at about 55% throttle approx( depends on weight motor power prop size) set your radio up as a aero( plane) this will have a throttle curve of 0,25,50,75,100, as long as the esc are calibrated at full throttle and zero , there is some times a tab on the software for min throttle ,you adjust this so all the motors start and stop at the same time, on the monitor screen what does the throttle do if it jumps from zero to full and is not smooth ,then its the gimbal in the radio and return it for a replacement radio
