Worth it to replace cheap goggle antenna?

I'm new to the hobby with my Tinyhawk Freestyle and Recon 3 fpv goggles, and was wondering if it's worth it to replace the cheap (monopole?) antenna the goggles came with with something like a pagota antenna? The video transmitter (vtx?) and antenna on the drone wouldn't be upgraded, so I'm not sure if just changing the goggle antennas would make much of a difference?
 
The first thing you should always to is get a better antenna. A pair of Fatshark attitude goggles, it will come with decent antenna's but their are still better out there.
