Oh man! You've got to be kidding me. What is wrong with this lady? I'm glad she got arrested for assaulting him. I certainly understand the debate regarding privacy when it comes to situations where you would reasonably expect privacy (phone tapping, illegal recording of closed-door conversations, trespassing to film something, etc.) but this lady is out at the beach. I'd be willing to bet that pictures are taken more at beaches than any other type of location. If she's out at a public beach, she should expect to wind up in the background of someone's pictures. If she's ever taken more than a few pictures in her life, she's probably had plenty of strangers wind up int he background of her pictures without their explicit permission. What an idiot.
