which quad to get between jjrc h12 or h16 or syma x5sc with headless mode

All I am looking for advice on which 1st quad to buy. I have done a lot of research and think I have narrowed it down to the jjrc h12 or jjrc h16 or the syma x5sc with headless mode. Please let me know which one I should get or which one flies better for a beginner, camera, and durability. Thanks for your help. If there are better quads in this price range please let me know as well. Thanks.
 
Hi mate there is a few problems with the syma so if it was me I would go for the JJch16 its a big bigger so will be better to see at distance and hight
 
I can highly recommend the Syma although being light, it is subject to being caught by the wind. It is VERY manoeuvrable though and a good deal (Amazon with 3 extra batteries for about £48)

Thanks I really do appreciate your advice. Just curious what all issues have you heard about the new syma x5sc or x5sw? Thanks for your help

Thanks for your advice but I was talking about the new syma x5sc or x5sw with headless mode. Cheapest I have found on this copter is about 79 US dollars
 
Hi mate the main one is lack of binding , it works ok for weeks then will not bind , you may never have the problem but a lot have
 
First time RC user here... I got Syma's X5C as a gift a few weeks ago. Total newbie. After a few weeks, I'm still having a lot of fun with it. Very easy to fly, but it still makes you think. I'm not familiar with the headless mode, but I see it has something to do with the orientation of the craft and not having to worry about that. Personally, I think learning how to work all of that out is part of the fun. I'm not very good at that yet, but it's certainly not holding me back.

I did manage to bang up one of the motors/gear-sets, but was able to easily find parts on the Net and get it back online. I don't know anything about the other unit you mentioned, but I'm having a lot of fun with the Syma. -- Curt

Thanks Curt but I am looking at the newest syma x5sc or sw that has headless mode. I appreciate your info.
 
Hi Binding is what the transmitter and receiver do when you power up ( Toy quad and helis) on the hobby grade you Bind once and then thats it what it does is locks the receiver to the transmitter by code so this way the can have all your mates flying at the same time with out any cross controlling
