Back in 2018, I asked a similar question.
I got some great information, but the parents were not in favor. Another grand-kid in a different family is about to turn 8. I asked him what he would like for his birthday and he said a drone. This time the parents are OK with it. The above information is over 4 years old. My guess is that there have been a lot of developments in the last 4+ years. So, I'd like to ask again what you all would recommend.
Price is not my primary concern. I'm willing to spend a little more to get something that he can really use and learn from and that is not too fragile.
Thanks
