What if more than 1 person wanting to ply a drone?

Let's say there are 2 or more people on the same open field. They all want to fly their own drone. Their transmitters are ALL 2.4ghz frequency.
Can they do that ?

P.S. I have a typo on the title section. I did not notice that until it was posted.
I don't know how to correct spelling in the "title" section.

Transmitter and receiver are uniquely paired, multiple quads can fly in the same area. the problem is more in the 5.8 video transmission where you can have multiple drones on the same frequency
