What did I do wrong with my PDB?

Hello everyone! So this is my first time building a quadcopter (and soldering too). I used a relatively old soldering gun to tin my wires and PDB and it went mostly well but when I plugged in my battery nothing happened and this part came off. I know I have to reattach it but I am not sure if my PDB is damaged or not. When I tried to solder the TX60. well it didn't go to well, it would't stick properly and I am afraid I manage to heat the board up too heavy.

Good luck.

Thanks for the replies.

I got a new soldering iron which fixed that part. Luckily my board didn't get damaged and I even managed to clean up some of the more ugly solders.
