Weird noise

Hi,
I have built my first quadcopter.
Specs are:
Mass: 1555 grams
Motors: 4x MT2213-920KV
Props: 9545
ESC: 20Amps LDPower
Battery: 5800 mAh, 4S, 25C LiPo (Zippy)
Control board: KK2.1.5

This motors should be fine for a 1,5 kg quadcopter, but when I give more than 50 % throttle weird noise appears. You can see it in the video attached.


Any ideas?

Hahaha, when I first started I intentionally put two props on upside down because all I had were CW, and the CCW were a week or more out. needless to say they made a terrible racket and the quad barely made it off the ground. This was due to the flex of the upside-down props.
