Wanted: build out ready to fly quad with smooth HD video capability

I know nothing about FPV technology, though I have some experience flying real gliders, paragliders. I am looking for a company to build out and guide me so I make one high quality purchase. I'm not interested in buying one quad, only to discover I need to retrofit it the way I want. I've written to two of the companies online that produce/sell these products with no customer service. No telephone numbers are offered on their web sites. I know little to try to build out the correct quad. I can be reached first by email at steveshapson (at) hotmail.com.
 
Have you looked at the DJI Phantom?

I'm sure there is a full ready to fly FPV setup for sale somewhere out there, but I did multiple searches in Google and couldn't find anything.

There are a lot of kits and also guides though. The build isn't as hard as it seems and it's always good because then you'll be very comfortable fixing anything that breaks during a crash or hard landing.

The second one is a kit, but you can add all the components. It says assembly requires 3-5 hours, so I assume it is plug and play (no soldering), but you may want to call to verify.

Also, my posts are with the assumption that you're not looking to spend $10-15,000 or more on the types of copters that are marketed to studios and whatnot?
