I have a Scout X4....I recently got a G3DH gimbal. When I power up the Scout along with the Devo F12E the camera sends the video feed as it should and the G3DH gimbal turns on only to shut down after 2 or 3 seconds, then come right back on for 2 or 3 seconds and shut down again....on and on and on. I tried turning on the Scout without turning on the Devo and the same thing happens (so it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the radio).....I'm baffled....any thoughts?? Also, if I do manage to sort this out, how do I control the 360 degree function? Do I need a different receiver with more channels? And if that's the case, given my oh so limited knowledge of electronics that reduces me to an instructions following simpleton, how do I mange to give the G3DH full functionality with my Devo F12E?

Yes.....camera functioned and sent video feed to F12E, but then it shut off along with gimbal only to come back on again with gimbal at 2 to 3 second intervals.
 
Sounds like a problem with power, are you using the right power source? Check the specs for voltage, and amp( or milliamps) required.
 
I took the G3DH gimbal off and put the original G3D gimbal and camera back on the Scout and everything functioned properly (no off-on-off-on). If there was a power problem I imagine it would have shown itself on this G3D, but NO......A logical guess says the problem probably lies in the G3DH gimbal receiver. But how and where does one have the problem analyzed, or am I forced to buy s new receiver?
