Hello,

Hopefully someone can help..

I was gifted this drone for Christmas but I cannot connect my smartphone to the camera (the camera was the reason I asked for it).

I cannot find the camera in the WIFI settings or the Bluetooth settings, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I have downloaded the app which is "Ultradrone PRO".

Everything else works fine in terms of drone operation/maneuverability etc. My only issue is being unable to connect the camera.

Have you tried the Ultrdrone app, not the "Pro" version?

Have you tried using a different model phone?
