Turnigy 9X throttle stick not responsive

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of assembling my first Quadcopter. I have run into an issue with my Turnigy 9X transmitter. The left throttle stick is completely unresponsive when moved up/down. As can be seen in the video here:

I have tried calibration and playing around with different flight modes but still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was about to open it up but decided to check with you guys first. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this.
 
HI mate is throttle hold on it will be one of the top switches
I looked at manual its the top right hand switch ( where the dial knob is ) front one of the 2 flick switch forward is throttle hold on back is off
