what is the best possible range i can get from a quadcopter with live cam feed?
-can be with mod
-price has to be 200-400 max
-cam quality does not have to be the best, just okey(not to bad, want decent cam)
-Im from norway, so dont think about rules and laws when it comes to the quadcopter
-is it possible to get one that can go about 5km? or is that unrealistic?

I have had my p4 out over 4 miles, but it exceeds your budget. I think you will have to spend more than you have budgeted to get the range you want.
