Has anyone tried using one of these to keep the batteries warm while flying?

Hi mate I would not use them they heat to boiling much to hot for a lipo , you can get a lipo warmer its much safer to use

Well where's the fun it that? Isn't more fun to experiment and destroy stuff so it can be posted on YouTube?!

I had no idea they actually made a warmer bag already, really thought I was on to something here.

Sorry mate we been using them for years to warm the big battery packs up
