The law is interesting. I'm not for being spyed on or anything, but I think if you're out in the open and someone catches you in some illegal act on video, whether it be the police or not, it's your own fault - even if it's over your own property. Planes and helicopters are flying over all the time and satellites are taking pictures as well. I'd rather error on the side of caution and keep my private stuff actually private than to expect privacy when I'm out in the open because of some law says no one is supposed to watch me from the sky.
