That pesky battery for the U818A.

I was told and it happens frequently, that on a serious impact ( not a rotor breaking one), the battery for my U818A Quad has a tendency to slide out of its holder, which makes for added frustration in reinserting it. Thinking about this and trying not to give my brain a hernia, I know that adding weight will affect the flight characteristics of the quad. I however believe that I have arrived at a solution that will fix the problem with the battery slipping out and not impact the weight issue overtly. It's called Velcro, not both pieces; you still want to get the battery out to change it; but the soft fuzzy part either stuck to the battery or fixed in the battery compartment, which will give it a bit more friction and tightness against the battery to make it stay in place on those minor-serious crashes. Velcro is very light, so the impact on the flight characteristics should be miniscule.

What say you???

On the technical flight side, I have finally learned how to make the durned thing hover which helps me to decide the attitude I wish to employ to make it do something than just hang there whirring.

I looked at this site. My question is why do the British call it 'loop and hook', when it is still called 'Velcro' here in the U.S.? I can get it anywhere in the USA for allot less than the 2.64 pounds they want for it in the UK. Plus I won't have to pay shipping either. Thank you, anyways, for the information.

Hook and loop is the same if you look at with a mag glass its is hook on e loop on the other , I never know where any one is just there user name , may be MM should look into having there country on there as well
