Taranis - all sticks turn on motors!

hi. my Taranis X7 and FRSky X4R receiver are bound.
when I arm the motors, the throttle, yaw, pitch and roll all turn the motors!!! anyone know where I should start?
Using Cleanflight.

How are you armed? With props spinning. If so or with a little throttle all sick inputs will turn props. This is normal. What is not is if the other stick acts like a throttle, the higher the input the higher the throttle. So could you please clarify.

Armed with a switch and the props do not turn when armed. This morning, it functions normally. Only the throttle is starting the motors. Not sure how it got corrected on its own, but I am happy about it!.

Now I have to make adjustments. The motors do not all start together. M1=1117, M2=1118, M3=1123, M4=1115. I have to figure this out. And, the min and max values in Cleanflight Receiver tab are not at 1000 and 2000, all controls are off. This appears to be my last step for setting this up.

I was able to calibrate the esc's.
Now when I move the throttle stick up a little bit to start the motors, m1 and m2 are at 1070 and holding their values. M3 and M4 start climbing and get faster and faster without moving the throttle stick. Not sure why.

I am also randomly getting from my receiver "telemetry lost" "telemetry recovered" on occasion. This can repeat itself every 2 seconds when it occurs.

Are all the esc's flashed with the same firmware. Are the min & max points in blheli configuration tool all the same.
You do them in cleanflight & betaflight but there are also settings on the esc.
Failing that try a board reset on the first tab above gyro reset.

This can happen if the tx/rx are close together. If it outside with moderate distance then check all connections from the rx to fcb.

All the ESC's are flashed with Turnigy Plush 60A 14.9 which is the latest. A little puzzled by this since the esc's are Favourite 30A.
Now M1 & M3 accelerate on their own. Before it was 3&4.
In blheli, I set each min and max to 1000-2000 and write setup. when I disconnect and connect back to cleanflight, music is played again. Back into blheli and m1 and m2 are 1036 to 1556. M3 and M4 have their own values. got to walk away from this for a while........

Have you hard wired the esc's to fcb. Or have you used pins. Check nothing is shorting the carbon frame & esc, fcb
I did a board reset as you suggested.
I have it now so only motor 1 accelerates at a slow pace, the other 3 hold steady. In Cleanflight, the master slider in Motors tab will cause the motors to be at the same speed all the time, no issues. It is only when I use the throttle stick on the tx that m1 accelerates.
I will poke around and see what else I can find....after I walk away of course.

You got a spare esc. Have you had it up at all yet. Be careful it doesn't sound like it's over. It may be a pain but if you solderd pins to the board or even just the wire to motor ports.
There may be dry joints, so try Reflowing the solder on everything,

I was on a few other forums and saw posts that this behavior is somewhat normal on the bench.......so......I strapped a battery on top and it flies!!! normal too!!!! It does pogo a bit with the throttle which is very sensitive, have to get used to that. Overall I am happy....so far. Have to try it in a large field shortly. I am somewhat afraid of it at the moment...lol.
thanks for your help!
