Successful Waypoint Mission of My Tarot 650 Sport Quad

I recently completed a Tarot 650 Sport quadcopter built from some spare parts as well as components I had to order from China (Tariff cost on the $80 GPS was $65 - ouch!). The resulting aircraft weighs 6.6 lb. It is equipped with a 7200mAH 6S Lipo, a GoPro Hero11 camera mated to a Tarot 3 axis gimbal, RemoteID, Anticollision strobes top and bottom, and Tarot 4114-11 320KV motors controlled by T-Motor Air 40A ESCs. I timed its endurance with a fully charged Lipo - total flight time was 17 minutes. I just completed its first waypoint mission click here.

This mission was cut short due to the limited range of my transmitter - max range was around 1400 ft while standing on my elevated deck. When the transmitter began complaining about losing contact, I hit RTL to bring the aircraft back. I am also constrained by FAA regulations concerning height (400 ft) and keeping the aircraft within visual sight.
