Hello all. I have recently purchased a Storm RTF Ninja 250 with the Radiolink AT9 FCS and I am having some small issues getting it off the ground. On initial power up, the left side motors, particularly the left rear, were overpowering the right side and made it impossible to safely fly. I am new to quads but having a few months flying and tuning my Eachine 250 and Nighthawk 280 pro, I tried to re-tune my Ninja 250 as i have done several times in attempts to make them more suited to my flying style (noob) but have been met with a few difficulties. At first it was proceeding as usual until I got to the transmitter setup phase then i encountered problems. When I got to the stick movement section the link between the transmitter and receiver on the quad ceased communicating. I tried to re establish the link by holding down the reset button on the board encased in its small clear plastic covered receiver on the quad until the light flashed rapidly, turning on the transmitter and waiting for the transmitter to successfully find the receiver until the light stopped flashing and transmitter gave me signal strength readouts indicating they were now connected, but no other indication that it was operating the quad in any way besides (seemingly) having a connection and showing signs of excellent signal strength. After trying to unsuccessfully re tune my quad on Openflight, Baseflight, and Cleanflight, which have all successfully allowed me access on my other two quads to dial out the uneven motor strength, it now won't even connect to the radio transmitter at all and I have a beautiful static model that is lovely to look at but frustratingly not to be able to use for its intended purpose of flying. If anyone has any ideas or has already been through this scenario and fixed it I would greatly appreciate any help. Helipal technical services have been trying to help me sort this out but the time difference and work schedules (and my noob status) have made this a long running process without any current solutions to this ongoing problem. Helipal has supplied me with the base UAV file that initally came on my CC3D FCS and I am currently trying to import it into one of my tuning programs to reload and start clean but any help doing this would be welcome too. Thanks.
