Storing LiPo Batteries?

Hi all. I am 52 years old and this is my 1st forum post so please bare with me with regards to forum etiquete because i dont have a clue.
I am a complete newbie to this hobby but I have just bought a Cheerson cx-20 quadcopter and really enjoyed my initial flight of about 10 mins or so. I have the original charger (which i don't trust myself with) but have also bought a B6AC 80W Multi Charger (which i CAN forget and not worry about) and 4 spare 2800mah LiPo batteries + safety bags. I understand that LiPo batteries must be stored at 3.7 volts but how is "Stored" defined? I mean how long can a LiPo remain fully charged without causing damage to the battery or other equipment without having to store it? I feel pretty sure that it would always be better to charge your batteries on the day of use, but what if circumstances dictated a lack of use after charging....... Then what?

Hi mate the longest I leave a lipo full is a week , if i am not going to fly after that I store charge then check then once a month
if you know your not going to fly any more after the flight your on then fly till its 3,7v per cell or store charge it when you land
I charge the night before I fly when you get the have a lot of lipos it takes to long to charge them all the morning your flying
Most of my batteries are well over a year old and are as good as new but I am very gentle on my batteries

Thank you for your quick reply. I must be missing something here? If a battery is rated at 2700mah 11.1 volts 3s then each cell is 3.7v at storage charge which equals 11.1v so what will the voltage be at full charge?
