Scrolling image on goggles any ideas

I just my first build everything works great it flys great but I have a line that scrolls from top to bottom on my goggles I messed around with channels and bands on the vtx but I couldn't really get rid of it if I ever got it to be better the color saturation was jacked up.... Is this avtx setting problem or maybe a camera setting problem I have a run cam Phoenix 2 jb edition
 
A lot of the time video issues are from interference. I couldn't sit on the patio in the front because I was too close to the modem/router and was getting freezing frames.
Start with making sure the rx & vtx antennas aren't too close to each other. Also twisting the wires helps.
JB did a video somewhat on subject days ago.
