Greetings from Southeast Georgia, I have a new Ruko F11GIM2 with the new controller that connects to phone via usb c to usb c cable. I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra phone and I can never get the controller and phone connected via the data cable. I have contacted support and was told to power on drone, then the controller, wait for the two to connect, then attach the phone via the data cable and open that app last.
I have done this many times without any luck. I have tried multiple data cables with no luck, additionally, I connect my daughters Iphone and there is absolutely to connection issues at all. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
