Receiver compatability .

Hi folks,
Just started to build my quad using some parts I ordered about 5 years ago.
I have come to realise things have moved on immensely in that time.
In my inventory I have some Turnigy motors and matching Plush 30 ESC,s a kk215 fc with a Spektrum Ar610c , transmitter is Spektrum Dx6i. The frame is a carbon fibre 250.
With alot of current research and looking at the parts I have , ive decided I can do better for my 250 frame.
I've just ordered some slightly smaller opto esc units, and Naze32 Rev6..

I plan to have led,s and maybe gps on my setup which will utilize some of the pwm inputs, so I am thinking of buying a cppm receiver which will leave my pwm inputs free for other purposes.

SO, Question is.... Bearing in mind I have a Spektrum DX6i controller, what cppm receiver will work with
that, if any ?
Any thoughts, suggestions will be most welcome. Thanks.

Would strongly suggest getting a STM32F4 or F7 based Betaflight flight controller (so can run the latest and greatest in terms of the flight software with all the rpm filtering and dynamic notch filtering and other features that help stabilize things).

The receiver I personally like the small satellite receivers from spektrum with "autobinding" so it just falls back into binding mode if not transmitter on and bound when the receiver powers up.
