Hello all, I have a few questions and any guidance you could give would be greatly appreciated.
Built my quad somewhere between 2010 and 2015 unfortunately I can't remember but I'm guessing closer to 2010 probably 2012ish based on my equipment choices.
I'm trying to slowly move into current equipment but also trying to figure out if ANYTHING is salvageable at least in a temporary sense.

CC3D flight controller with open pilot
Dys BE1806 motors
Not sure about speed controllers
Took it out yesterday charged up a battery that had been sitting around for years ( apparently in good storage condition) charged / balanced the battery without issues and the quad flew without issues.
Now I'm looking around and it's obvious my flight controller is beyond obsolete, my RX and TX are as well. Not sure about my esc and motors but they work for the moment and my frame is still flight worthy.
Looks like things have moved to ibus and sbus which I'm not really familiar with, I'm reading conflicting things and I'm not sure if the transmitter somewhat supports it or if I'm miss reading things. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm trying to get back into flying, I was never really great and never actually set it up fpv but I'd like to this time around.
