Racer 250 esc

Hey guys, I crashed my eachine racer 250 a couple of weeks ago and one of capacitors on the pcb broke off. I tried to replace that but when I went to fly the motor would just flinch instead of spin. I went to my hobby store and they said that it was a broken esc which was not the case after I ordered a new and it still didn't fix the problem. Could it be a busted motor? Advice appreciated.

Hi mate the quick way to test is plug the the bad motor in to a good esc if it spins now plug the a good motor in to the bad esc if it spins
all 3 wires on the motor must be good and have a good connection to work
