Question about pairing h107l

Hi.,

i have a Hubsan X4 H107L (actually, i HAD one...) i lost it by flying it too far and losing control...

i still have the controller and lots of accessories. I'm wondering if i can buy a clone from china and be able to pair it with my existing controller. i'm seeing a lot of x4 clones going around with no controller for like $20.

will i be able to pair it with my hubsan controller?

As far as I've read, the protocol Husban uses for communication between the tx and rx is proprietary. Other people have wanted to use a different tx with the Husban and that's the answer they got. So I don't think you'd be able to pair it with a clone - in fact, I'm almost certain you wouldn't be able to .
