Quadcopter User Requirements

I hope this is the correct section to post this question...

My team and I are building a Quadcopter for our Senior Design. Before we began any real building of any sorts we have to create a feasibility report and I'm trying to to small survey on customer requirements. I thought this would be the best place to ask since I don't own a Quadcopter.
So in general what are the top ten requirements that you as a user need or want when it comes Quadcopters. Any information is very helpful.

Thank you

in no particular order,

a kit that comes complete at a fair price
decent flight time
easy to assemble, light soldering is ok but I don't want to flash ESC's, balance motors or do anything that requires a PhD in computer science
Common props and the ability to accept more than one size (8" or 10" 10" or 12" etc). No DJI holes.
common parts so spares are easy to come by
Upgradeable, most users want to add a gopro and FPV and maybe a gimbal then theres OSD and LED's
a reliable flight controller that is easy to program. once again, no PhD required
semi robust for the occassional hard landing
somewhat modular so I dont have to desolder and disassemble the entire thing just to make a simple repair from a crash
Foldable so it will store more easily, the bigger the quad the more important this is IMO
If it has a high "Cool Factor" that always helps. some quads just look badass, guys like that.
