Quadcopter congifuration

Hi,
I'm building a quadcopter for the first time. It will be about 1.5 kg (maybe even few grams less) heavy. I plan to put a camera on it.

This is my configuration:

Motors:
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...ST_1200_Brushless_Outrunner_motor_1200kv.html

I would use 9x6 props.

ESC:

Control board:

Battery:
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...000mah_3S_25_50C_Lipo_Pack_US_Warehouse_.html

I'm working on a frame by myself. It will have 320 grams. (aluminium frame)

Any advice is welcomed :)

BR,
Nick

Both the motor and props are made for planes, on quads you usually don't use over 4.7'' pitch. Lower KV motors generally have more thrust and longer flight times than higher KV motors. I built an aluminium quad (pictures here), when I end up using the frame3 again in another build I'm going to extend the arms out a bit and use lower KV motors and bigger props. As your list stands those motors would probably not get much more than that battery off the ground vertically.

What type of flying are you looking to do (fast and fun, or slower and as a better camera platform?

Thank you very much for your answer. :-)

I would like to use this quad as a camera platform, but also it should be agile enough.
I plan to put GoPro on it.

Also, about HobbyKing, are they good store to buy from?

Hobbyking are a pain, and are pretty likely to make some mistakes, but most of us deal with that just because of their prices and extensive stock.
