Quad Flipping On Takeoff (Newb School Project)

Hi most quads will fly on the default settings , once it does fly then you can tune it but every quad is a little different so most setting will get you close there is a video from Roff brakke, his is the man that made the KK

Is pgain of 150 too much? And should I gain be 0?

When you set up in the KK the axis are linked so if you adjust one it copies over to the other , you should not have an I gain of zero , ok lets say we are adjusting the roll axis
we set the I to zero for now then up the P gain till the quad has a fast wobble ,now we lower it about 5 points at a time till the wobble has gone then do some fast roll and stops as long as the wobble is not there when you stop the quad thats spot on ,now bring up the I gain till you get a slow wobble again bring it down 5 points at a time till it stops the wobble now do the same test fast sudden roll and stop
if there is no wobble on the stop then thats it all done , Jackson found a great video of P and I gains I will see if i can find it , this is it its not a quad but still works the same

Do I keep the numbers the same for stick Scaling?

Ok stick scaling is how aggressive you want it to fly a low number will give you a low angle of attack, too high a number the quad will flip if you just touch the stick , in the monitor screen on the KK all sticks should show 100% travel in both directions , the only one that must not go over 90% is the throttle this is to allow the KK to adjust motor speed to fly the quad , you then use stick scaling to adjust how it handles

When I make stick scaling zero for roll and aileron the quad is able to takeoff but when I keep
Them as 30 the quad flips over
