props . is it that important to blance the props..and what would be the best way to thell which way the quad is flying when its a little way off thanks.
 
Hi mate yes balance the props as this will make vibrations and can upset the FCB
Lights on the front legs or a yellow ball on the front like mine in the photo
 
If your talking about the props on mini quads, such as 5" or 6" plastic GemFans, then no.. I usually do not balance them out of the bag and they are pretty close to perfect. Once the get beat up a bit i'll use a little tape on one side or the other to balance the prop though.. :)
 
Hi Chillware , your right as the 250 racing quads go through prop fast I would not balance them , but bigger will knock out FPV and motor bearings
