Long props with a low pitch or short props with a large pitch?
What are the benefits of each? I am currently running long props with a small pitch. It works fine but I am looking for a little longer battery life and am willing to sacrifice some speed. I am running 2212 size motors on a x-quad formation with the KK2 HC board. I am using the Game of Drones Sumo Quad frame and it is semi-heavy for the size.

Hi Christian how about low kv motors big props high pitch , on your motors short and high pitch i would go 10x4.5 or 10x4.7 , my boy has a 450 on them motors 10x4.5 props 2200mah battery over 10 mins flight but it light ,i have a 700mm heavy quad but i run 650kv motors and 14x5.5 props on a 2200mah i get 6-9 mins on a 4000/5000mah it should be 15 mins plus , the 650 kv is a heavy lift motor
low kv motor large props , high kv motor small props
You need to be careful as the pitch come up so does the amp pull on the ESC
