Problem with binding transmitter and a receiver.

Hi guys. I've got a problem. I build a quadcopter first time so I'm sorry if I'm just too stupid to do or understand that what you say me to do. I bought an used transmitter and a new receiver to my quadcopter. I can not bind it. My quadcopter is working when I connect it to my PC. In my quadcopter i use: openpilot cc3d flight controller, f450 frame, 15A/18A ESCs and engines EMAX XA2212. When I try to bind it my receiver blinks fast but my transmitter doesn't do anything. It's only green light on the transmitter. Mabye you know what i do wrong?

Hi mate what transmitter do you have ,your need to put it in bind mode , and receiver will have a bind plug

Hi mate so you cant bind transmitter to receiver , it need to be done right sorry if you did it ok but what you need to do is, plug in bind plug into receiver bind port, then power it up the light on the receiver will flash fast , then turn on transmitter in bind mode , make sure they are min of 8 feet apart hold it in bind mode till receiver flashing slows then turn all off ,remove bind plug and power up the transmitter first then quad it should be bound
If this is how you did it can you give me more info on what transmitter and receiver you have

I did it exactly as you said. I didn't try to bind it 8 feet apart but I will try. Ive got Carson transmitter and a hobbyking receiver. I'm not sure I can bind it together. I don't have any LCD on my transmitter so I don't know is the transmitter trying to bind...I've got one more question. I dont know is the transmitter binded already... If it is... Can I unbind it without the receiver what it used before?

Hi mate I dont think they will work together , if the hobby king receiver is orange then it needs a spektrum transmitter or an orange transmitter , are you sure its ment for that receiver , a hobby king receiver needs a hobby king transmitter unless it the orange system
