Power distribution board and what battery should i use???

Hello my name is keven so for christmas im getting a cheap 250 quad kit which brings a power distribution board which is one without a 5v regulator. I was wondering
what battery should i use ?
The kit is one of those zmr250 clone kits from ebay

For a 250 size frame, I'd use a lipo anywhere in the 1300 mah to 1800 mah range, in the 75 to 90 C range. 1300 mah will give you a fast, responsive quad with a short flight time, 1800 mah will be more sluggish due to the extra weight (but also more stable hint hint) with increased flight time. My favorite is the R-Line 1300 mah 90C lipo

Well thanks man and should i use the pdb with the 5v regulator or the one without it
 
I'd use the one with the voltage regulator. You'll need 5V to power your receiver and possibly both 5V & 12V if you have an FPV system
