Placement of power distribution board onto frame

Hi, I am new to quads and I am build a racing quad. I have storm racing quad frame type "B". I will not be setting it up for fpv to start with, that will be later. I will be using the openpilot CC3D flight controller and turnigy 6ch tx rx. My question is where would be the best location for my pdb? Could it be mounted under the frame? How can I protect the pdb from any shorts from the carbon fibre frame? Any advise will be Appreciated

Hi mate can you give me a link to the frame I can only find type A , try and mount in side the frame keep power leads as short as poss
You can buy plastic stand offs to mount the board on Hobby king do them is about 4 different lengths

Thank you for the reply. It is going to be a very tight squeeze to get everything placed inside the frame. So that you can see my problem Here is the link for the frame that I am working with . The pdb that I have is 50mm x 50mm

Hi mate if it was me I would just make a loom not have the board ,you may even get the wires to fit between the bottom plates of the frame
