One motor stops before others

Hey all, I've had a hobbyking quad for a few months and I've been having a problem where one if my motors feels like it has current running through it while in idle while the others can be spun freely. I've checked the ESC's and motors by switching them around and I've concluded that it must be the channel out if the KK board. However, I've tried it with several KK boards and it's the same thing which leads me to believe that it's a setting in either KK board or the radio system. If anyone has some tuning advice to help diagnose this annoyance I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
 
Hi Jason it may not be a fault once power has be put in to a brushless motor then stopped the motor will not turn freely, its due to a fet in the esc watch this video it may answer the question
 
Hi Jason , do all the motors start at the same time ,if not you need to adjust low throttle setting so they all spin up at same time
