One Motor doesn't Spin - Only with RC

Hello,
I have finished my first Quad but when I tried to fly it with the Remote Control one Motor just stops after 1-2 sec. The weird thing is that when I spin my motors via cleanFlight on my computer everything works fine. I double checked my remote controls responses with cleanFlight and everything works fine. What is the problem ?

Multistar 2150 kv
12A Afro ESC, linear BEC
Tunrigy 1800 mAh | 65C

I already tried esc calibration with the cleanFlight program, should I try it with the remote control ?
How can I calibrate the transmitter ? Do you mean the channels ?
