New to group..... P3A Battery wont charge...PLZ Help

Hi,
I am new to this group and a noob with drones. I just got my new Phantom 3 Advanced and took battery out of drone to charge but the red power light comes on and the 1st green led blinks 3 times and then the red and green light goes off and sequence starts all over again. I had it plugged in over 2 hours and it keeps doing the same thing and doesn't charge. I put my 2nd battery on charger and it charged to 100% just fine. I read the manual fault codes for the batteries but it doesn't state anything about the power light blinking. Here is my video of what its doing.


Is there something I can do to get it to charge? Or will I have to return this battery?

Hi Randy return it mate if it not charging then it has a fault , these batteries are not cheap get it replaced now while you can
 
I always go with it should work first time , if you fix it then it goes again or fails in flight your have a broken P3
