Hey everyone,

Name is Erik and I live in PR. Im not new to RC but I am new to quad copters. The other day I was down at my local hobby shop n noticed a VERY tiny quad. And the owner of the store asked if I wanted to see it fly right there INSIDE the store. As soon as that lil bugger started to zip around the store I fell in love. lol They r so crazy and awesome. I sat there for an hour watching it. Well last night on ebay I got one of the tiny ones and one thats like 1 1/2ft across. Well I looked on youtube and seen something called FPV quad speed racing. And of course seeing that made me wont that system. Being able to see like i was inside of the quad flying around just blows my mind. So now down to the questions. Wat are some good starter quad FPV sets? That comes with everything I need, The head set and cam and everything i need but the quad itself?? Right now Im not looking to spend a ton of money, So a good priced starter set would be great. If anyone can help out with links or a brand or point me in the right direction would be great. Also do quads come in kits that I can build myself? I love building things. Also what brands are good kits for REALLY fast quads and quads that I can do tricks with. So ahead of time thank you all and hope to talk to ya'll soon. Also the big quad I ordered is a Syma X5C-1. And the small one is a Cheerson CX10

Thank you very much
Erik

No. I no longer have any of my old of my gear thanks to an ex of mine. But now that u said something bout transmitters. Which would be best for a quad? Preferably a multi platform type. Im not into having 1 transmitter for ea and every one. Any tips?

Hi Roostergod, well there are so many good ones , So its down to personal taste and how much do you want to spend , do you want long range up to 5 miles with some mods or just 1/2 miles , I use spektrum DX9 £300 or a little less now if you shop around , Futaba , turnigy xr9 pro, ,if you have a look around and put a link on here we can look and let you know what we think
4 channel min 6 or more will be better

I got a cheap syma X5C-1 for now, Its pretty cool, But i want something that can go far WITH FPV goggles, Wats a good set up quad and FPV wit goggles that wont make break the bank??
