Hi Julie ,welcome to the forum , right to start off power up receiver with the bind plug in the bind port,and an esc or bec plugged in to give receiver power, now with the light flashing fast bind the transmitter make sure your over 6 feet away it will give you a better bind , the transmitter should then show it its bound and the receiver light will go to a steady on light , ok now unplug every thing pull out the bind plug , now wire receiver to the naza as the manual shows( if you need help just ask) now when you power the naza this will power the receiver and you should be good to set up
the Naza is a power hungry system so make sure it has all the power it need to work or your have brown outs , if you do as above and still no joy , can you tell me what led is flashing the receiver or the naza , if its the naza it may be lack of power or its looking for GPS thats not connected etc so as much info or a video of what its doing will help
