New builder is this build compatible and good

Here are my suggestions if you will use hobbyking products.

Change your motor to multistar like this one
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor..._3525_850Kv_14Pole_Multi_Rotor_Outrunner.html

With the frame you chose you are better off doing the 4in1 esc brain
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/stor...0A_Brushless_Quadcopter_ESC_2_4S_3A_SBEC.html

also the KK2 is a little tough nut to crack since you need to update the firmware to actually make it useful. Unless you can find a USBasp that can update your kk2 firmware i would suggest using something else.

Also don't buy any orange rx/tx or the hobbyking radio. They are terrible. Started with it 3 years ago and lost many airplanes. If you want just invest a little more on the turnigy 9xr with the frsky module. It will save you a headache later on. Trust me spend a little for better quality. Especially on radios! the 9xr is also sold by hobby king.

Good luck Nano let me know if you have any questions. You can also visit my website www.actiondroneusa.com I'm going to start putting some videos in there for tutorials on how to start operating your quad if you are a beginner.

Will the props be compatible with the motor and will the motors be able to lift the quad copter? Also how much flight time do you think I'll get out of if I have a go pro hero 3 white edition on it? Finally which flight control board do you recommend?

you can use from 8 to 9 inch props. You can go higher but a 10 inch prop is bad with wind especially if you don't have enough power and you are using 3s battery. To be honest with you just invest on some used DJI naza m. You can always find them on for sale section in forums like this or others. You dont even have to buy the gps but i would highly recommend gps if this is your first time flying a quad. Flight times really really depends on weight and all other components. What I tell people is that you either measure your flight times by flying around normally for 5 minutes then calculate how much mah you used by seeing how much you had to charge it. I hope this advice helps. Might be a better way to calculate flight times but that is how I do it. I never completely drain my battery. I usually leave around 1000 mah on the 5000 mah batteries.
